Swiss Fake Watches — The Jaeger-LeCoultre Replica Watches manufacture had the privilege of hosting the Mexican pianist, professor, philanthropist and friend of the Brand, Jorge Viladoms.
It was a great opportunity to interact with the artist and who spends his time performing in concerts, teaching at the Conservatoire de Lausanne, and running his foundation.
Jorge Viladoms discovered his passion for the piano at the age of 15. He has an international career and performs at the most highly-reputed festivals. Happy to share the spotlight, he has collaborated with a host of artists, including Gautier Capuçon, Lionel Cottet, Fumiaki Miura, Aurélie Dupont, and Hervé Moreau.
Spurred on by his belief that music can change lives, he decided to create the Crescendo con la Musica Foundation, whose goal is to make music accessible to underprivileged children in Mexico. He collected over 100 instruments (including 7 pianos, 31 violins, cellos, flutes, and clarinets) from all over Europe, and sent them to Guadalajara, where more than 360 children benefit from a quality musical education that helps to improve their prospects for the future. Crescendo con la Musica also provides scholarships for young people in Switzerland.
Jaeger-LeCoultre shares the values of Jorge Viladoms and is delighted to support the forthcoming charity gala for Crescendo con la Musica, which will take place on 13 June 2016 at the Bâtiment des Forces Motrices in Geneva, with artists such as opera singer Natalie Dessay, pianist Philippe Cassard, and two principal dancers from the Opéra de Paris, Aurélie Dupont and Hervé Moreau. They will perform together in a journey through dance and music to compositions by Schubert, Mendelssohn, Duparc, Fauré, Bizet, and Liszt.
